01How does the credit system work?
Every model has its own price, the same as what the model provider charges us. Seedance costs what Seedance costs. Kling costs what Kling costs. You never pay more than the original price, and you see the exact cost before every generation.
02Which models can I use?
All the latest ones: Seedance, Kling, Veo, Wan, Nano Banana, Seedream, GPT Image, Claude, ElevenLabs and more. When a new model drops, we add it the same day it releases.
03Do I need to know how to code?
No. If you can drag a box and draw a line between two things, you can use Kubflow. Every node is visual and every output is previewable.
04What happens if I cancel?
Cancel any time from billing settings. Your paid access stays active until the end of the current billing period. No emails to support, no retention calls.
05Do my credits roll over?
Credits you buy as top-ups never expire. Monthly plan credits refresh each month; on Enterprise unused plan credits carry over for one month, and on Custom for two.
06I have an issue, who do I talk to?
Mariam handles support directly. You can also ping us in Discord or X. We usually respond within hours, not days.
